There might be several good items in a group that are outside our sphere of interest. However, they may just be the wonderful treasures you’ve been seeking!There have been many of you out there who can’t afford an SVW piece but still want a vintage timepiece on your wrist; there are set designers and costume coordinators on productions who are looking for just the right piece for their character(s). The estate-fresh pieces we list are for you.Some run; some do not but none have been cleaned, oiled and calibrated, so whether it is running at the time of this writing or not, one must have the piece serviced before wearing it as an everyday driver.For example, this unrestored, chrome Mod(ish) wristwatch is a good-looking piece indeed, measuring approx. 39mm by 29mm wide with truly fetching dial and sophisticated T.V. case design. It has the potential to be a fine old thing with its original movement, very-good crystal and overall fair-to-good condition. Case is kinda okay; dial very nice. Looks to have been loved quite a bit. Has a Speidel “Golden Oak” leather strap that suits the watch well enough.It’s the kinda wristwatch one would pick up to wear on the weekends; on the boat; bumping around the ranch. Snappy and classic but hey, if she goes, she goes. Very hip; very bell-bottom. PLEASE NOTE: While this Retro late ‘60s; early ‘70s classic wristwatch is very cool and currently runs; it must be serviced before being worn to get one to the church on time.
